Te Koutu Marae, Rotorua

CH Builders were contracted to build the new wharekai for the Te Koutu Marae, which is one of the many Ngāti Whakaue marae in the Rotorua area. This project included construction, consents, architectural designing, engineering and building and resulted in a traditional wharekai with a modern look and functional design.
