The Reclad and Water Tightness Remediation of this Whangamata apartment block took place over 5 floors within 2- or 3-bedroom apartments. This project included work at heights and staged construction while the appartments remained occupied during construction. This project resulted in a water-tight apartment block that now complies with the New Zealand Building code.
