CH Builders specialise in building, construction, earthworks and development with an overall focus on creating beautiful, quality buildings and crafting immaculate spaces for New Zealanders to enjoy, both residential and commercial.
The company is a privately-owned building company based in Rotorua, established by Charles Hubbard (Director) in 2004. Since then, the team has expanded to 14, and we have been involved in an abundance of projects New Zealand wide, focusing greatly on the bay of plenty area.
We are well resourced with carpenters, labourers, drivers, machine operators and apprentices. We have established great relationships with several local reliable sub-contractors, which allows us to call on further additional skilled labourers when required.
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Sustainability and supporting our local economy is important to us. We strive to use only locally sourced materials and sub-contractors where possible to support and give back to our economy and environment. We recycle all products e.g. steel, topsoil when possible and reuse/repurpose appropriate building materials when we can.
